The Xor Immediate (XORI) instruction performs a bitwise XOR between the value at the address immediately following the opcode and the value in the specified destination register, stores the result in the destination register, and sets or clears the Sign Flag and Zero Flag according to the result. Note that this is instruction is really just a variant of the Xor Indirect instruction using R7 as the address register. See the Xor Indirect documentation for more information.
